Hmmm.. i wanna everything ..watever happend till now… okii.. so i left melbourne on 4th feb 2006…. most unlucky day for me… coz i had so much fun in melbounre in last 21 months…that i cant tell u … so much fun…. freedom… responsibilties…. work load….all new experiences… wow….. wasnt that the fun guys… dont u agree with me…tell me!!!!

Hello every one…………………………….. how r u all… i know u all must have got surprised by seeing my blogs after such a long time.. i know.. was so busy from last six months… that i cant tell u…. ill be telling u everything.. but first of all one gud news…. that we will be using this blogging only for personal use now… yippppeeeeeeeee….. no more studies……….

These are some basic points we have to take care…

5. Statement from Director
6. Bios of Director, Director of photography, Casting Director, Production manager, Editor, Production design, Actors.
7. Some details of Production notes
8. Some Production stills
9. Some old credit links (if provided)

Well if i talk in regards to Franziska’s Class then to tell u the truth i came for only one …. coz in the first class i found it is good for those students who have made their projects, i mean directed or shooted… so in this case i dont have anyone for Media Project …but this class gave a lot of info about how to market ur project …coz earlier where i was working in India… their i learnt only production and Post production but no marketing…so i got a fare idea of how to pitch a project and what all required in this.
I really liked the way Franziska started her lecture… coz she was not like other guests who just came and tell about themselves and went away. Very nicely she played with us as well as informed us about a poster design. How much a poster matters for the display of movie, i came to know when she showed us three or four different posters of one movie only.
And when she talked about a one line pitch….i think not for me but for others who did that …it might be bit difficult coz , how can tell anyone about ur story in one line…i mean u will be cutting ur child in the same way as we do in editing. Giving info but also not taking time.
Well that was the last module of our course so i hope everyone might have enjoyed.

If u’ll talk in terms of how this docu “Road to Eureka” is planned then no doubt even the director Jett Izzart will say that he dint work propely in this matter. But if i talk about the content of the docu, then i think it wasn’t that bad what i thought earlier. I have edited this film in three days which was really a gud experience in itself coz i have edited that on Premier at home and simultaneously i was working on Dirty Diner in FinalCut Pro….so i really got messed up with the shortcuts i used to use on both
But the end product was gud …. it was having happy moments … some issues of residents of Eureka st…. some history about Richmond and this st. formed. Gud on u Jett.

To edit Sauna Seeker is a gud experience in itself. I have learnt how to cut a docu as well as a narration. It was a bit difficult when i have started in terms of a new Editing suite because that was farely a first time for me to edit on FinalCut Pro individually…but that ends well. I came to know that Juha found some problem when he went back to Finland….as we output that in PAL but their it supports NTSC. So i think he definately had to edit again…poor Juha.
Even I have experienced a very different situation of seeing a nude guy in front of him…..which in starting made me uncomfortable but then I was use to of it.

I dont know where to start but i m really excited for this 7th nov. screening but i got really got frustated with some of my fellow MMPians who dint show their effort which is part of this course. To show the MMP work is a group project so its everybody’s courtesy to play their role properly… but to my surprise some are least bothered for this ….ok i understand that compiling everyone’s work is post production stuff which i know better than others coz this my area of interest but guys u also have some responsibility in providing me your work….i know i m getting rude a bit but we are Master students now so at least this is expected from us rather their is no point in doing this course. It’ll give a bad impression to those people with whom we are gonna work very soon. This is unprofessionalism.
Anyways now everything is undercontrol after working two continuous nights…huh……. i m gonna have everyone’s part by noon today… and i have edited Dirty Diner narration part in 4 mins. with the help of Rupesh and hoping for best while exporting the tape coz at times this FCP dont like anyone and starts creating problems.

Finally we all are finishing this course in couple of days and as a farewell we are gonna have a screening of our as well as other graduate students wrok. I m really excited for this coz for the first time my edited work is gonna shown to other industry people in australia. Its going to be on 7th nov. in ACMI at 7:30 p.m. The sad point about this course is that now their won’t be anyone to follow ourselves….this course is no more …that really hurts me….but anyways we have to carry on.
I have experienced so many things in these last 1.5 yrs. like how to start a project from scratch….how to play with the new technology provided to us….enjoyed the freedom in Editing Suite’….multicultural group of friends….friendly and hardworking teachers….highly supportive techys….and ofcourse the place.
